The property is located the last two floors of the building. With a total surface of 220 m2, the Penthouse consists of two levels, of 121m2 and 99 m2. Level 4 accommodates a living room, a large dining area, with a modern open style kitchen a WC, and 2 master bedrooms. Facing the Athenian Riviera, a big balcony offers amazing sea view. Level 5 includes a living room area, a secondary kitchen and the main master bedroom.

A sky lounge/garden with a hot tub with breath-taking sea views completes this state of the art Penthouse. In line with Avakon’s signature approach, the project expresses an urban and robust aesthetic, complete with comfortable layouts and generous outdoor spaces. The location offers direct contact with the sea, which is less than 500m away, while at the same time it has the conditions of a pure residential area.

Considering the environmental conditions of the area, special emphasis was placed during planning on the application of bioclimatic principles. For this reason, movable blinds are placed on the facade of the building that mark the architectural form of the building while offering shading and privacy at the same time.

An additional feature integrated into the design is the water element both in private spaces in the form of a swimming pool or hot tub, and in public areas of the building with decorative waterfalls, as part of the design of the surrounding area, improving together with the green surfaces the living conditions in the building.

Photovoltaic systems will be installed on the roof. The energy consumption of the apartments, their security and the comfort they offer to each user are regulated with top of the range solutions. The greatest emphasis during the design was given to the orientation of the apartments with the aim of ensuring a sea view from most of the rooms. This is also achieved by installing many and large frames of new technology.
